LHU Stockpiling PA Wrestling Talent

The Lock Haven wrestling program led by coaches Scott Moore and Steve Fittery continues their haul of local Pennsylvania wrestling talent.  After securing a number of ranked recruits last year the Bald Eagles continue their recruiting success this year with the additions of two PA wrestlers.

Collin Glorioso, a senior at Huntingdon has signed with LHU.  Collin is a district and regional champ and PIAA state medalist.  In addition, Collin has earned a number of Freestyle and Greco awards over the years competing for Team PA and competing in Fargo.

Jonathon Ross, a senior at Northern York has signed his Letter of Intent with LHU.  He will join Collin as part of the Class of 2016.  Jonathon is also an award-winning grappler having wrestled folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco and made it to the Freestyle final in Fargo.  He has experienced several tough injuries over the years and when healthy he is one of the top middleweights in the country.

An interesting side note about the two PA boys.  They were teammates in 2010 on the Team PA schoolboy team that competed at the national tournament at Warren Central HS in Indianapolis earning the silver medal in both Freestyle and Greco.

There will be more announcements for the Bald Eagles as they work to build a championship team.
